Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position will primarily focus on restroom sanitation and window cleaning while assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms (toilets, sinks, urinals, partitions, mirrors, fixtures, floors, and dispensers)
• Restocking restroom supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
• Interior and exterior window cleaning
• Glass and mirror cleaning throughout facilities
• Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming assigned areas
• Proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Must be willing to travel between multiple job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid CA License
