REO Industries, Inc. is a Dallas-based heritage American automotive company in pre-launch. We're reviving the REO Motor Car Company name — founded in 1905 by Ransom E. Olds — with new ownership, new engineering, and the original intention: build vehicles for working Americans, at a price they can actually afford, made well enough to last.
The engagement
We're hiring a senior concept designer to develop the design language and full 3D for our launch program: a shared-platform family of three body-on-frame vehicles — an SUV, a crew-cab pickup, and a flatbed work truck. The engineering premises, brand direction, and packaging are locked. The vehicles themselves still need a designer. It is extremely important that this designer be a true car enthusiast. Our interview process will determine the level of your car prowess to see if you're a good match.
