This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the company’s outgoing financial transactions. This role is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and on time
  
• Verify invoice details, including coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
  
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)
  
• Schedule and process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all transactions
  
• Support internal controls and compliance with financial policies
