We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $33.13/hr. Some make a little less, and some make substantially more.
