Job Description

BEGOOD is a boutique marketing agency based in New York City, partnering with emerging and growth-stage consumer brands, especially in food, beverage, and CPG. It’s a high-learning, high-ownership environment where your ideas actually get used and you get to see the impact on live accounts, not just mock briefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot, edit, and produce native, lifestyle UGC video content tailored specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Develop and execute per-channel social strategies for each assigned client to drive virality and meaningful growth.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of client social channels, including posting, trend research, and maintaining the launch calendar.
  • Eventually oversee additional content creators and guide the visual narrative for the brands you manage.
  • Provide basic reporting on engagement, captions, and overall campaign performance using social analytics tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates MUST include a portfolio link within their resume or application materials showcasing relevant social-first content, short-form video, and UGC-style work.
  • Must be able to share examples of organic social media performance you directly impacted, including the metrics achieved (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and the strategy or execution that led to those results.
  • Based in NYC or the surrounding area is strongly preferred for hands-on content shoots and collaborative meetings.
  • Proven background working with food, beverage, or CPG brands.
  • Deep understanding of current trends, sounds, platform behavior, and algorithms on TikTok and Instagram.
