COMPENSATION & EARNINGS

• Weekly Pay Range: $1,700 $2,150 (Gross Average)
• Annual Potential: $88,000 $110,000+
• High Mileage Rate: $0.74 $0.76 per mile
• Activity Pay: $42 $44 per live stop $20 per drop/hook
• Holiday Pay: $250 per day Training Pay: $250 per day
• Detention Pay: $20/hour (after 2 hours)

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Home Time: Weekends off for a full 34-hour reset.
• Consistent Volume: Average 2,100 miles per week (Steady, year-round freight).
• Operating Area: Focused Northeast corridor (MD, DE, PA, NY, VA, NJ, OH, CT, MA, NH, NC, RI, and ME).
• Urban Driving: Includes deliveries to NYC Boroughs and Long Island.
• Equipment: Late-model Automatic Sleeper tractors & 53' Reefer trailers.

THE WORK

• 99% No-Touch Freight: Primarily hauling palletized poultry products.
• Efficient Loads: Pre-loaded at shipper; live unloads at receivers.
• Reliability: Dedicated customer account ensures you aren't fighting for freight.

REQUIREMENTS

• License: Class A CDL (21+). No automatic restriction.
• Experience: 3 months T/T (with 1 carrier in last 6mo), 6 months in last year, or 1 year in last 5.
• Safety: Max 2 violations in 3yrs. NO reckless, rear-end, or rollovers.
• Testing: Must pass Urine & Hair screening.
• SAP Policy: Any prior failed drug tests require 1 full year of safe driving since the completion of the SAP program.
• History: Max 5 jobs in 3yrs. DUI 5+ yrs old. Felony drug 7+ yrs old.
• Must have personal, reliable transportation to/from the terminal in Millsboro, DE.
• Proficiency in navigating Northeast/Urban environments (including NYC).
• Professional attitude and a commitment to safety.
