Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and financial abilities
Assist sellers in marketing their properties effectively to attract favorable offers
Conduct market analysis to estimate property values accurately
Show and promote properties to potential buyers
Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
