Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and financial abilities

• Assist sellers in marketing their properties effectively to attract favorable offers

• Conduct market analysis to estimate property values accurately

• Show and promote properties to potential buyers

• Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
