Job Description

Patina is looking for a part time driver/warehouse assistant. This individual must have morning to early mid afternoon availablility Mon/Tues/Thurs during the week - approximately 20-25 hours/week. Typical shifts start at 8:00am. Valid driver's license and clean accident/driving record required.

Deliver & Pick Up Transfers/Orders

• Drive merchandise to other store locations, unloading and reloading with transfer
• Deliver customer furniture orders according to company guidelines
• Occasionally pick up supplies/orders from local stores
• Communicate any problems to the Receiving Manager immediately

Assist Receiving Merchandise

• Assist in carrying and organizing daily shipments to the receiving area
• Unpack, organize, and divide product according to specifications
• Offload shipping containers, delivery vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area

Warehouse

• Assist in pulling min/max quantities 
• Assist in efficiently organizing and categorizing backstock to prevent damages
• Stay familiar with where items are located in warehouse

Prepare Store Transfers

• Prepare merchandise to be transferred to other store locations
• Package transfer merchandise to minimize damages
• Lead team in loading merchandise in transfer vehicle

Price Merchandise

• Price merchandise, according to store guidelines/sample
• Report damages/defects

Requirements : Attention to detail and ability to move up to 40 - 50 pounds, ability to stand for extended periods of time, bending/lifting/carrying. Offers contingent on clean accident and driving records.
