What You’ll Do: As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, you’ll help our seniors stay safe, comfortable, and happy at home by:

• assisting with daily activities (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
• providing emotional support and companionship
• supporting independence with mobility assistance (gait belts, hoyer lifts)
• driving clients to appointments or running errands
• creating fun activities and socializing
• observing and reporting changes in their condition

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1+ year of caregiver experience preferred (memory care, hospice, or seniors is a plus).
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday; hours may vary).
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to Wheeling, IL.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist clients with mobility
