Job Title: Medical Receptionist (Luxury Office)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Receptionist to join our esteemed luxury medical office team. This role requires an individual who is committed to providing compassionate and efficient service to patients, ensuring their experience is as comfortable and seamless as possible. As the first point of contact, your professionalism and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the high standards our office is known for.
******* Must be available Monday Through Friday from 3 PM - 7pm or 4 PM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are directed appropriately and messages are promptly relayed.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process patient check-ins and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on office policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and precision.
- Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient flow and optimize appointment schedules.
- Attend to billing and insurance verification tasks, ensuring all patient accounts are up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or luxury service environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
