As an integral part of our team, you will ensure our patients receive top-notch care by greeting patients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing assistance with inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients and visitors.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Assist with managing patient flow to ensure efficiency.
• Address patient inquiries about appointments and care with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering when necessary.
• Communicate office policies to patients.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures at the front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and common areas including rest rooms, break room and lobby areas.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA privacy compliance guidelines.

Job Type:

• Full-Time: 5 days per week
• Dayshift: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, and occasional Saturdays and evenings

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education

Note: While you will be assigned a home office, this position requires the ability to be assigned shifts at other locations for coverage purposes. Work expectation is 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
