Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join a high-energy, fast-paced ENT practice. This is a "career-track" role designed for individuals looking to grow into specialized areas such as Medical Billing or Surgery Coordination. This position is located in Levittown, NY, however, we are looking for someone who would be willing to travel to all three locations upon permanency (including Rockville Centre and Old Brookville). As for the schedule, you will work 8 hour shifts between the following business hours Monday through Friday and will be required to work alternating Saturdays:
- Monday - 7:30am - 5pm
- Tuesday - 7:30am - 6:30pm/7pm
- Wednesday - 7:30am - 6:30pm/7pm
- Thursday - 7:30am-7/8pm
- Friday - 7:30am - 4pm
- Saturday - Every other Saturday - 8am - 1pm

Responsibilities
- Oversee seamless check-in/check-out processes, including insurance verification and co-pay collection
- Coordinate administrative needs across three regional offices to ensure consistent patient care
- Handle heavy phone lines with a focus on efficient scheduling and accurate message routing
- Liaise between patients and clinical staff to ensure quick responses to ENT-specific inquiries (e.g., hearing aid appointments, allergy shots, or surgery scheduling)
