Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 / Hourly, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check‑in experience. This role supports daily clinic operations by managing scheduling, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating communication between patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or customer‑facing administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, verify information, and guide them through the check‑in process
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow‑up visits
• Answer incoming calls and route messages to appropriate staff
• Collect co‑pays and assist with insurance verification
• Maintain organized front‑desk operations and support clinic workflow
• Provide general administrative support to clinical and office teams
