Full Stack Developer with Application Support (Production Support) Cincinnati, OH Role Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong Application/Production Support experience who can work across development and support functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting scalable applications while ensuring stability and quick issue resolution in production environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, design, development, testing, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery and issue resolution
• Monitor applications and ensure high availability and performance
• Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices

• Strong programming in Java / Python / JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with frameworks: Spring Boot / Node.js / React / Angular
• Experience in Production/Application Support (L2/L3 support)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs (development & integration)
• Experience with databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Familiarity with ticketing tools: ServiceNow / Jira
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Git/version control

• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Containerization: Docker / Kubernetes
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
• Mobile application development experience

• Must have both development + production support experience
• Hands-on coding (not just support/monitoring profiles)
• Experience in incident management & RCA
• Good communication skills (client-facing support role)
