Inside Sales / CSR Representative (Industrial / Manufacturing)

Speedway, IN | $23–$25/hour | Full-Time | Career Growth

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in inside sales within a manufacturing or industrial setting and enjoys turning customer inquiries into sales while supporting operations. You’ll play a direct role in both customer satisfaction and revenue growth .



What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate and manage quotes, pricing, and order entry
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining strong relationships
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track sales activity
• Support outbound follow-ups to drive additional business

What We’re Looking For

• Inside sales experience REQUIRED (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into orders/sales
• Experience with pricing, quoting, and order management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) + Excel skills
• Ability to handle high-volume workload
• Detail-oriented and organized
