Lead efforts within materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment to develop a cost-effective supply chain. Ensure key stakeholder requirements and expectations are met from end to end in each of the supply chains. Manage daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient Supply Chain. Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Operating Systems and Functional Excellence direction and leverage common processes tools, and information systems. Manage Execution by coordinating performance across regions, teams, and departments on complex supply chain projects, and define planning and review practices that result in few missed milestones and minimal surprises. Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead the cross Business Unit planning processes to ensure intra-company alignment. Mitigate long term supplier constraints by managing collaboration with functional stakeholders. Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans using Data Management tools including Minitab, PowerBI, and Power Apps. Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships. Develop, understand and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Address supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability. Prepare and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital. Critically identify an issue’s scope and parameters while analyzing from multiple perspectives and determine and analyze root causes and implications of issues. Integrate information and define an array of alternatives to plan and measure progress and achieve best practices by applying a variety of analytical tools and processes including Six Sigma. Approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunities strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets through use of Cross Functional Project Management tools and techniques. Lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization in support of new Product Development. Provide GSC deliverables and measurement tools for future programs. Identify risk and develop and implement risk mitigation plans for all new programs. Provide GSC timing plan/milestones to meet program objectives. Utilizes Advanced Product Quality Planning to ensure organizational and supplier readiness. Drives supplier source selection based on predetermined criteria. Determines and analyzes cost incurred through the product development process. Develops and manages the system for tracking a plan for every part (PFEP) on key programs. Drives supplier order readiness for visibility, quality, presentation, and delivering parts for new programs. Prepares, analyzes, and selects method of presenting various statistical/technical data for management alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or closely related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain planning in assembly manufacturing environment. Other experience and/or skills must include:

  • Supply Chain Management;
  • Manage Execution of manufacturing and supply chain projects across teams;
  • Data Management tools including Minitab, PowerBI and Power Apps;
  • Supply chain processes and procedures;
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Prepare and manage annual operating plan, including expense resources and capital;
  • Root cause analysis;
  • Plan and measure progress applying Six Sigma tools and processes;
  • Risk identification and mitigation tools; and
  • Cross Functional Project Management tools and techniques.
