Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to operate machines in a fast-paced work environment. This role demands attention to detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to handle repetitive changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards.
• Manage repetitive changeovers and maintain production flow.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Engage in hands-on production work.
• Handle general production tasks including assembly, packing, and machine operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in cleanroom environments.
• Operate forklifts as required for material handling.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production or machine operation.
• Basic math skills for precise calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in computer skills for machine operation and reporting.
• Experience with inspection and machine operating.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs.
• Steel toes or composite shoes required for safety.
• Suiting up in production areas is necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belen, NM.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
