Our work focuses predominantly on family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, including marriage-based green cards, consular processing, T visas, detained cases, and related relief.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Full-Time Immigration Attorney, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with our team to deliver high-quality, client-centered legal services.

You will:

  • Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, asylum applications, and naturalization cases.
  • Conduct client consultations and ongoing case strategy discussions.
  • Prepare and review applications, petitions, affidavits, and supporting evidence.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and guidance.
  • Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration hearings, and other proceedings as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and policy.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
  • Supervise interns or support staff, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts state bar.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of immigration law experience preferred (strong entry-level candidates may be considered).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client communication skills and ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
