We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve workstation and server troubleshooting, technical support, customer service, remote assistance, and end-user technology enablement in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, remote support tools, collaboration platforms, and customer-focused IT service delivery, along with a passion for technology support and operational excellence.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical support and end-user assistance across multiple business environments. The Desktop Support Engineer will support workstation troubleshooting, server support, remote assistance, application issue resolution, and technology enablement for employees across various locations. The ideal Desktop Support Engineer will have strong experience supporting hardware devices, collaboration platforms, and enterprise support tools in high-volume environments. This opportunity is ideal for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong customer service skills, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments. The successful Desktop Support Engineer will provide high-quality technical support while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Shift Details:

Monday through Friday
1:00 PM 9:00 PM shift

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide workstation and server troubleshooting support.
Deliver technical support for hardware devices, applications, and enterprise systems.
Assess, diagnose, and resolve technology-related issues efficiently and accurately.
Support employees across headquarters, regional offices, distribution centers, stores, and remote locations.
Provide support through multiple service channels including in-person and virtual assistance.
Research, diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical and procedural issues using documented processes and support tools.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and solution-oriented support environment.
Ensure consistency in service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Demonstrate understanding of enterprise technologies and application support processes.
Maintain communication with stakeholders while managing multiple support tasks simultaneously.
Meet performance goals and maintain accountability for service delivery metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

6-10 years of overall IT support experience.
4-5 years of experience with workstation and server troubleshooting support.
Strong in-depth knowledge of computer hardware devices and enterprise support environments.
Experience supporting remote and on-site employees in enterprise environments.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced support environments.
Experience researching, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Remote desktop assistance tools including Nextthink.
Automation and scripting experience.
ServiceNow ticketing and support management.
SCCM administration and support.
JamF device management.
Zoom collaboration platform support.
Microsoft Teams support and troubleshooting.
Slack administration and collaboration support.

Additional Job Details:

Must be flexible supporting employees both on-site and remotely.
