Vicarious Agency, a distinguished creative staffing firm, is actively recruiting for a Creative Operations Manager position on behalf of a large tech company based in Seattle. This role is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of our client's creative department and optimize project delivery.
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote candidates considered)
Committment: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative department, ensuring project deliverables meet the client's strategic objectives, budget, and timelines.
Develop and refine project management processes to improve workflow efficiency and foster better communication across teams.
Work closely with department heads to align creative operations with the broader business goals of the client.
Handle resource allocation and scheduling to ensure proper workload distribution and task prioritization.
Establish and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of creative operations and outputs.
Promote collaborative efforts across various departments to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers and coordinators, encouraging professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design Management, or related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in operations management within a creative, marketing, or advertising setting.
Proficient in project management principles and experienced with project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to organize and lead, with strong decision-making capabilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.
