experience in structural design , simulation and 8d, why analyses
experience in cad like catia / solidworks / creo / nx
experience in drawings for parts / assembly / welding with knowledge in gd&t and tolerance
experience in battery system design for cars / battery energy storage system prefered
bom and maintain structure and cad standards with metadata
concept design, detailed design (3d / 2d)
experience in weld drawing and annotations
sheet metal
experience in sheet metal part design and assembly, material selection, various manufacturing standards
knowledge in prototyping and mass manufacturing for sheet metal, tolerances
knowledge / experience in designing of products and assembly, sheet metal welding, extruded sections
plastic
experience and knowledge on designing of machine, injection molded & thermoformed plastic parts
experience of design consideration for plastic part design
knowledge on draft, tolerances, fillets, thickness, undercuts, snaps, joints, locators, screw hole
knowledge on type of plastic based inserts , refining of design of mold , engineering plastic materials , plastic defects, degradation, plastic casted part
mold flow supplier data and optimization
assembly
experience in assembly of components and identifying and maintaining clearances between components / packaging , compact assembly
experience in wire routing / cooling pipe routing wire harness and cooling
