What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire accounting function —from daily details to big-picture strategy:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Ensure accurate, timely financial data and tax compliance
• Reconcile accounts, maintain inventory, and improve processes
• Act as both a hands-on doer and strategic thinker

What Success Looks Like

• First 90 days: Understand our systems, financials, and processes
• 6 months: Identify improvements and implement efficiencies
• 1 year: Fully own and optimize the accounting function

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field)
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, G-Suite, Avalara
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
