Position Overview We are seeking a talented, service-driven Contract Salon Stylist to lead and operate a salon within our assisted living community. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering exceptional salon services in a hospitality-focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness
• Provide a full range of hair services (cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, manicures, pedicures) tailored to residents’ needs
• Deliver personalized customer service
• Build strong relationships with residents and community team members
• Maintain a luxurious and relaxing salon environment
• Manage product ordering, retail displays, and service pricing
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Recruit, train, and supervise additional stylists (if needed)

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology License (required)
• 2+ years of experience as a stylist; prior management or salon ownership experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate, customer centered service
• Professional appearance and commitment to high-end service standards
• Entrepreneurial mindset
