Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive General Sales Manager to join our team at Haddad GMC in Adams, MA. The ideal candidate will lead our sales department, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive sales, and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service standards.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock to meet customer demand.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and the local market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
